Do you accept insurance?

We choose not to accept insurance to better help each person that visits ArchMasters. If we billed insurance we would not be able to spend as much time assisting with your problem. If your insurance covers custom orthotics, we can fill out a claim form for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please call (615) 370-3000 if you have any further questions.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is necessary to discuss questions about shoes, over-the-counter inserts, and orthopedics with Linda Sables. However, for an evaluation by Dr. Sables, an appointment is required. Appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins.

Can I be seen after hours?

Yes, by appointment only, private consultations are available.

Can I order shoes over the phone?

Yes, but there may be a small shipping fee.
