Test your shoes to see how worn out they are!
Find a hard, even surface to test your shoes on. Hold the shoe about 6 inches off the ground and then drop the shoe. If your shoe rocks back and forth then it is probably worn out.
A new shoe will hardly rock. This is ideal because the new shoe will provide you with the most stability and support. If your shoe is worn out you are not getting the most support possible out of your footwear. This can result in foot pain, back pain, or an injury.
