Arch Masters capture all 5 of your arches, giving you support where needed. At ArchMasters, we work with people of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric. This includes long-distance runners, cyclists, swimmers, soccer and tennis players, etc. We have also fabricated custom orthotics for professional and college-level athletes. This includes athletes from the Tennessee Titans, Vanderbilt University, and even athletes who play basketball overseas. Many times, custom orthotics provide performance enhancement to athletes. So whether you are a professional athlete or retired, we can help!
Dr. Allred is our biomechanical expert. He is involved in the entire manufacturing, dispensing and follow-up processes of the devices.
He provides a 30-minute complimentary consultation to those interested in custom orthotics. The consultation is an excellent opportunity to receive expert advice as Dr. Allred is a practicing podiatrist and foot surgeon. During the consultation, he will look at your gait and biomechanics to determine the cause of the pain. This allows him to be pathology specific when creating a custom orthotic designed specifically for you.
Don't know where to start or want to learn more about custom orthotics and how they can benefit you? Schedule your consultation with Dr. Aaron Allred.
Whether you suffer from arthritis, low arches, high arches, hallux joint pain, heel pain, diabetes, bunions, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, tendonitis, and many more pathological conditions, we invite you to visit ArchMasters and examine the casts. This will allow you to better understand how our custom orthotics will capture the different angular aspects of your feet.
At our office, you will not be casted by a nurse or technician but rather Dr. Aaron Allred, himself. It is imperative that the foot be held in a specific position to ensure the ideal function of your feet. After the positive model has been made, it is further hand sanded for pathological-specific prescriptive corrections. This can be accomplished the “Old Fashion” way rather than electronic scanning as it is impossible to do a 3-dimensional correction on a 2-dimensional screen with scanning.
Casting Position
Most orthotics are formed from a positive plaster cast model of your feet taken from an impression of your feet in a very specific position. This casting position is a very important step in the manufacturing process.
Not Only Support Where It’s Needed, But Maximum Function
These come in all shapes. Positioning of the foot is a major key when fabricating.
Custom orthotic matches up to the patient's arch.
Arch Masters orthotics can fit many different types of shoes. The material of the manufactured foot orthotic is carefully selected for the appropriate fitting to your foot and shoe gear. When our clients first arrive, one common concern we hear is if they will be stuck wearing one type of shoe with the custom shoe insert. Most assume they will need to wear running shoes or orthopedic shoes. While wearing an orthopedic shoe or athletic shoe may be most beneficial for some, an orthotic can also be made for dress shoes (including high heels) or sandals with removable inserts. We can also create a custom orthotic for your specific activity, including hiking, cycling, ice skating, and more.
The image above is showing the different molds of feet Dr. Sables has worked with. Dr. Sables has made orthotics for many different foot conditions.
We invite you to visit ArchMasters and examine the casts. This will allow you to have a better understanding of how our custom orthotics will capture the different angular aspects of your feet.
Complicated conditions may need custom molded Ankle Foot Orthotics (AFO). ArchMasters has succeeded in relieving pain from abnormal boimechanical stresses on the feet, ankles, legs, hips, back, and neck. We address the causes of your problem, not just simply cover up the symptoms.
We have made braces for runners and soccer players, but our AFO’s will provide you with maximum function rather than just bracing. Dr. Sables’ avoids bracing as much as possible as bracing can lead to mosque muscle and bone atrophy and cause increased strain in other areas of the body.
We would love to see or hear from you, so feel free to visit during normal business hours. Schedule your appointment for a free consultation with Dr. Aaron Allred.
